We bring the highest level of traffic control experience available to state, city and private projects, ensuring the success and on-time completion of projects we are a part of.The Contract Compliance Analyst performs a variety of contract compliance analysis to ensure conformity with laws, rules and regulations. This position routinely handles sensitive and/or confidential information and will have extensive contact with internal staff members, outside agencies and the public.Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process reports, forms and documents required by the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT)Coordinate and manage submissions to ensure adherence to TDOT deadlines and submittalsUtilize Excel for data analysis and reporting purposesCollaborate with team members to improve processes and maintain efficient workflowsStrong working knowledge and ability to utilize Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe, and Excel programsExecution of company policies and procedures particularly related to Human Resources, Safety and Quality ControlRun data analysis and interpret results for effective decision makingPerforms administrative support duties including but not limited to data input, forms, filing, copying, etc. Other duties as assigned by Contract Compliance SupervisorEducation/ Experience RequirementsRequired: High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor’s preferredParalegal or Compliance Training a plusConstruction/Contracts background a plusNotary Public preferredProficiency in MS Word, Excel and OutlookMust have knowledge of standard office equipmentStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail, time management and excellent organizations skills requiredMust be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service-attitude at all timesAbility to work alone and in a team environmentAbility to maintain confidentiality, willingness to sign STC Confidentiality AgreementCompensation/ Benefits OfferedHourly pay based on experience.
