Warehouse Scheduler
A Day In The LifeIn the position of Scheduler, Warehouse you will be responsible for creating all inbound and outbound deliveries, updating appointment times. Maintain the daily schedule and communicate any changes with the transportation, shipping/receiving team.The Impact You'll MakeConfirm and schedule all appointment requests received from carriers for inbound and outbound loads.Communicate with trucking companies, brokers and customer service.Update warehouse personnel, transportation and customer service on any issues or orders needing special attention.Manage missed appointments and reschedules with carriers and notify appropriate personnel.Assist with updating vendor appointments in the spreadsheets.Provide proof delivery (POD) to carriers when requested.Ensure documentation from the brokers is correct and research if information is incorrect.Assist with updating and tracking guard logs dailyWho You ArePrefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Logistics, or related field of studyAdditional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in warehouse shipping/receivingAdditional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in warehouse administration, record keepingComputer Skills Desired: Proficiency with standard office software (such as MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook).Expertise in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation.
