--Hospital is recruiting for an Orthopedic Spine surgeon--The Spine Center has a comprehensive team supporting pre-operative planning, admission, surgery, discharge, rehabilitation, and recovery.--Our multidisciplinary team includes experienced physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and support staff who work together to provide patient-centered care. Collaboration and teamwork are key components of our approach to healthcare.--Hospital currently has one other spine surgeon and PM&R-spine specialist--EMR - Cerner--Spacious rooms with family zones in our new state-of-the-art patient tower--Post-surgical pain management and Inpatient rehabilitation facilities on unit--Sign-on Bonus: $40-50k+ sign-on bonus to assist with the transition.--Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed base salary (typically MGMA median) + WRVU bonuses up to 90% MGMA over base salary--Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, & vision; supplemental insurance options (short/long-term disability, accidental, cancer, life); retirement plans with employer match.--Student Loan Repayment: Eligible for loan repayment assistance through the PSLF program, helping to manage and reduce student debt.--CME Allowances: 5 days off a year / $3k a year--Malpractice Insurance/Tail Coverage: Coverage provided.--Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling and ample paid time off to ensure a healthy work-life balance (24 Days PTO).
