Based in Denver, CO, the company is dedicated to maintaining its commitment to customer satisfaction and reliability.Key Responsibilities:Communicate with customers via email and phone (quotes, orders, changes)Enter and manage orders in our rental/CRM systemsCoordinate delivery schedules with our operations/driver teamEnsure accuracy of orders (quantities, dates, locations, details)Assist with system improvements and process upgrades as we transition platformsHandle last-minute changes and problem-solve quicklySupport basic sales by recommending additional rental items when appropriateMaintain organized records and customer communication historyWhat We’re Looking For:Strong customer service and communication skillsTech-savvy and comfortable learning new software (CRM, email systems, etc.)Highly detail-oriented and organizedAble to multitask and stay calm under pressureProblem-solver with a “solutions-oriented” mindsetTeam player who works well with both office and field staffBonus: experience in events, rentals, logistics, or operationsSalary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 | + Commissions
