Job DescriptionIMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking a Laser Operator for a growing metal manufacturing operation. This position focuses on laser cutting, preparing metal parts, and supporting welding and fabrication processes.ResponsibilitiesOperate laser cutting and other fabrication equipment, including brake presses and bendersCut, grind, and drill metal componentsStage and prepare materials for weldingInspect and prepare parts for the next stage of productionPerform basic equipment cleaning and maintenanceOperate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trucksFollow all established safety and production proceduresQualificationsManufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyWillingness to learn new equipment and processesAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentMust be able to read, write, and communicate in English to safely follow work instructions and proceduresAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical manufacturing work#INDSXF #TALROO
