Bank Auditors (All Levels) - New York, NYOur client is a leading audit, tax and advisory firm headquartered in New York City with working locations around the country. They are seeking several talented bank auditors to work in their Internal Audit and Consulting practice in the Westchester County, NY office locations. The ideal candidate will have broad experience providing internal and/or external audit, assurance, and advisory services to companies in the financial services industry (banking). This position offers an exciting and challenging opportunity within an innovative and expanding domestic and global organization.Job Responsibilities:Develop Internal Audit policies and procedures, internal audit plans, programs and audit work papersDevelop and maintain the risk assessment programSupport the audit function for our financial institution clientsManage Internal Audit and Risk Management engagementsWrite clear and appropriate management reports that would include, but not be limited to, key findings and recommendationsAssist with regulatory and audit training as neededProvide support to Audit research and developmentParticipate in client meetings and executive presentationsMake presentations to clients as neededJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree in AccountingMinimum of 2 - 15 years of professional Audit experience in the banking industry or regulatory industriesCAMS/CRCM/CRP designation a plusExposure to all areas of Bank Audit, e.g., BSA/AML, SOX, Compliance Lending, Accounting, Lending, Operations and Product LinesAbility to interpret regulations and laws and disseminate informationStrong working knowledge of Microsoft PC software and applicationsPublic Accounting background a plusTravel flexibility requiredInterested and qualified candidates please email your resume to joni@backbaystaffinggroup.com and then contact Joni Lee Rossi @ Back Bay Staffing Group @ 617.262.1313.
