You will use cutting-edge technology to deliver proactive solutions, directly impacting on our customers' uptime and our business growth. If you are passionate about industry, collaborative, and hungry to learn, we offer a dynamic environment to build your career from the ground up with a great opportunity for advancement across our divisions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not in order of priority):Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Assist in implementing standardized job pricing processes• Reviews, modifies and implements Deere prepared job times & steps from Expert Services.• Develop monthly reports• Attend training sessionsEducation, Skills & Knowledge Preferred:Education, Skills & Knowledge Preferred:• Heavy Equipment experience in necessary.• Experience with Heavy Equipment, agricultural Equipment, or off-Highway equipment• Knowledge of products and services offered, good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
