Position is hospital employed and approximately 50% OB and 50% GYN. Some of the services expected to be offered are adolescent ob/gyn, menopause surgery, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, and infertility. There is a Dartmouth physician trained in oncology ob/gyn on staff part time. Call schedule is 1:5. Level I nursery with transfers from local hospitals. New electrical fetal monitoring system and EMR. Pediatricians are available for emergency c-sections, 24-hour anesthesia available and dedicated c-section OR on OB unit. Annual birth volume is 500 deliveries.
