Position: Experienced HVAC Service Technician Pay: Clear Path to $100k PLUS Annually! EPA certification. NATE certification is a plus! Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including knowledge of refrigeration, electrical wiring, and mechanical components. Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC equipment using specialized tools. Experience with digital dispatching and service documentation software preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 pounds). Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor environments, including confined spaces and elevated areas. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Summary: Join Bone Heating and Cooling as an Experienced HVAC Service Tech with a clear path to earning $100k PLUS annually._ In this role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain_ a variety of HVAC systems, handle routine maintenance and emergency calls, and utilize digital dispatching software to ensure accurate and efficient service documentation. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of field experience, an EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and a strong grasp of HVAC system components, from refrigeration to electrical. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including inspecting components, and replacing filters to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems and develop effective repair solutions. Perform installations and upgrades of heating and cooling equipment according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Test HVAC systems to verify proper operation and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance. Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies to address client concerns and restore functionality to HVAC systems. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients, answering questions, and explaining technical issues clearly and understandably. Utilize digital software programs for dispatching jobs, recording service history, and documenting all service activities accurately. Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance tasks, and equipment inventory to maintain organized and efficient workflow.
