This is a newly created role within a stable, high-tenure team — an opportunity to do meaningful technical work in a creative, mission-driven organization that is actively investing in its SAP landscape.About the roleSAP ECC 6.0 (EHP7) development within a complex, highly customized environmentSupport core business processes including OTC, P2P, Payables, and MM/PPContribute to active SAP BTP development initiatives (in use 4–5 years)Play a key role in preparing the organization for its S/4HANA transitionBridge functional knowledge with hands-on technical executionTeam & culture7-person team aligned to supply chain functions, reporting to an experienced senior leaderBroader organization of ~22 FTEs with strong leadership tenure (20+ years in key roles)Collaborative, cross-training culture — consultants and staff are integrated for knowledge sharingEmphasis on creativity, innovation, and continuous improvementStable environment with a track record of long-term employee retentionWhat you bring10–15 years of SAP experience (15 years is the firm ceiling)Minimum 5+ years of hands-on ECC 6.0 development experienceFunctional understanding across OTC, P2P, Payables, and/or MM/PPAbility to navigate SAP tables and technical components with confidenceExperience working in both functional and technical capacities — strongly preferredMM/PP module knowledge is a meaningful plusThis is a high-priority, actively managed search.
