Responsibilities:Contribute to the data platform, focusing on efficiency and scalabilityDesign and implement solutions for data storage and data managementBuild and maintain backups and recovery systemsWork on data processing pipelines to improve performance and reliabilityCollaborate on initiatives related to cloud infrastructure and deploymentReason about data efficiency in high-performance environments Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field3-5 years of professional software engineering experienceStrong programming skills; proficiency in Go (primary language)Experience with C++ (preferred) and ability to transition to Go if primarily C++-basedBackground in the tech industry preferred; experience in finance industry a plusFamiliarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or other major providers) About Citadel Securities Citadel Securities is a technology-driven, next-generation global market maker.
