Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Commission Sales Associate. The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients, understanding their financial and business needs, and presenting tailored solutions offered by Zenith Advisors. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and staying informed about financial strategies and market trends. The Sales Associate will work independently while coordinating with the team for optimal customer service and successful deal closures. Qualifications Sales and Negotiation skills, with a proven ability to generate leads and close dealsStrong Communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationshipsAnalytical Thinking and Problem-Solving capabilities to understand and offer tailored solutions to client needsProficiency in Technology and CRM tools to manage customer data and track sales progressSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with time management and organizational skillsExperience in the finance, consulting, or business services industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
