CRMA - 7 bed - Full Time, Mon-Tue-Wed Day Shifts 36 Hours

Small Home-High Standards! Chebeague Island (15 min. from Yarmouth Maine) Seeking an experienced and professional CRMA for our 7-bed residential home. This is a hands-on role; you will have multiple responsibilities throughout, including cooking and cleaning. NOT just medication administration. Must Haves: Valid 40-hr CRMA & PSS certification 2+ years med pass experience (including Schedule II experience) Ability to work independently, with STAMINA during long shifts Reliable transportation, ferry system to reach Chebeague Island (unbridged, stipend for travel) Experience with all residents ADL's Superb recommendations A bedside manner that indicates your love of elders and desire to spend quality time with them in their home Be a team player with a positive attitude Details: $26/hour 12 hour shifts (ferry-based schedule) Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and rotating 1 Saturday monthly with weekend shift diff (Saturday subbed for 1 of the weekday shifts) Light meal preparation and houskeeping Help and care of 7 residents throughout the day, including activities This role is for a dependable, high-energy professional who takes ownership and maintains high standards in a small home setting.
