Work the front desk/reception area; answer phone, take messages, and distribute calls appropriately; monitor people entering and exiting the building; check identification of visitors as needed. Provide clerical support to teachers, teacher assistants, and Director; assist in classroom, if needed, to meet adult child ratio; collect tuition payments, issue receipts, make deposits; and ensure parent forms are completed and signed.
