SMB Channel Marketing Manager

A company is looking for a SMB Channel Marketing Manager to own and scale engagement strategies for SMB clients and their employees. Key Responsibilities Own the strategy and execution of employee-facing communications across SMB accounts Design and improve a repeatable employer activation model to drive strong launches and early adoption Build a year-round lifecycle marketing strategy to support utilization and retention across the SMB base Required Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in consumer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related B2C or B2B2C marketing discipline Proven ability to build and execute multi-channel communications strategies with measurable results Strong analytical skills comfortable working with data to inform decisions and optimize programs Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
