Analyze requirements, Design and architect client-specific solutions from concept to deployment with a focus on PTC technologies Windchill etc. Translate business needs into scalable maintainable technical implementations: design, configure, customize, deliver, and facilitate client workshops and strategic discussions. Ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction through appropriate methods and software engineering processes. Drive and support innovation by refining our methodologies and strategic approach to PLM/SLM.Identify and support acquisition of potential new projects and new business opportunities in collaboration with sales and marketing.Required Skills & experience:A degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science 15+ years of experience in IT or business process consulting ideally as a Solution Architect, Developer or Technical Project Lead. Hands-on experience in enterprise SLM or PLM solutions especially in industries like automotive, aerospace, medical devices, electronics, or mechanical engineering.A track record of leading integration projects and driving results Problem-solving solution-finding and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work autonomously in customer service-oriented high-energy results-oriented mindset.
