Thousands of stores, 500+ brands, and hundreds of reps nationwide already use RepRally.The RoleWe're looking for a Graphic Designer & Marketer to own RepRally's visual identity and bring our brand to life across every surface — from product to pitch decks to paid campaigns.This is a design-leaning hybrid role. Most of your time will go to designing brand assets, marketing collateral, and campaign creative, with the rest spent planning and executing the campaigns those assets ship into. You'll work directly with the founders and core team in our NYC office, setting the visual tone for a fast-growing three-sided marketplace.This is a contract-to-hire role with strong potential to convert to full-time based on fit and impact.What You'll DoOwn and evolve RepRally's visual identity across product, marketing, and sales surfacesDesign brand assets: logos, iconography, illustrations, decks, one-pagers, social, email, and event materialsPlan and execute marketing campaigns end-to-end — concept, copy direction, creative, launch, and measurementCreate high-impact creative for three distinct audiences: retailers, brands, and repsBuild templates and design systems that let the broader team produce on-brand content without you as a bottleneckPartner with product and engineering on landing pages, in-app visuals, and onboarding flowsTest and iterate on creative across paid, organic, and outbound channelsWhat We're Looking For3–5 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or marketing designStrong portfolio showing range — brand systems, campaign creative, digital and printComfort on the marketing side: writing solid copy, shaping campaigns, and understanding what makes creative actually convertFluency in Figma and the Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Ability to move fast, ship scrappy, and iterate based on real feedback and dataNYC-based (in-office with the core team)Bonus PointsHands-on experience with Customer.io or similar marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Braze, Iterable)Experience designing for marketplaces, B2B, or multi-sided platformsBackground in CPG, retail, wholesale, or e-commerce brand workExperience at an early-stage or high-growth startupWhy JoinSet the visual direction for a venture-backed marketplace transforming a $1T+ underserved industryWork directly with founders and senior engineers in our NYC officeStrong contract-to-hire pathway with meaningful equity upside on conversionSee your work in the hands of thousands of stores, hundreds of reps, and 500+ brands across the countryJ-18808-Ljbffr
