BM Associates is a Global organization with offices worldwide. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Lead ColdFusion Developer. The Lead ColdFusion Developer will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of ColdFusion applications. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean and efficient code, optimizing database performance, troubleshooting and debugging issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring application security and scalability. The role also involves mentoring junior developers and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes. Qualifications Advanced skills in ColdFusion development and related frameworksExperience with SQL databases and database optimizationProficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologiesStrong troubleshooting and debugging skillsExperience with source control systems like GitExcellent communication and team collaboration skillsAbility to mentor and guide junior developersFamiliarity with Agile development methodologiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related fieldExperience in project management or lead roles is a plus
