Key Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Brownfield Conversion & TransformationLead EAM workstream for Brownfield system conversion from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANAPerform system impact assessment and simplification item analysis for EAMAnalyze current-state maintenance and asset management processesIdentify gaps between legacy ECC and S/4HANA EAM functionalitySupport system conversion strategy including custom code remediation and data readinessFunctional Design & ConfigurationConfigure and optimize SAP EAM modules:Technical Object Management (Equipment & Functional Locations)Preventive & Predictive MaintenanceWork Order ManagementBreakdown & Corrective MaintenanceMaintenance Planning & SchedulingSpare Parts & Inventory IntegrationAlign maintenance processes with S/4HANA best practicesDesign future-state processes and functional specificationsSupport integration with:Materials Management (MM)Finance & Controlling (FI/CO)Project Systems (PS)Data Migration & System ReadinessLead EAM master data assessment and cleansingOversee migration of:Equipment & Functional LocationsMaintenance Plans & Task ListsBOMs and Serial NumbersHistorical Maintenance OrdersSupport migration tools and data validation activitiesEnsure asset and maintenance history integrity post-conversionTesting & DeploymentDevelop and execute Functional Unit Testing (FUT) and Integration TestingSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Assist cutover planning and go-live readinessProvide hypercare and post-go-live stabilizationStakeholder & Project CollaborationWork with business stakeholders to gather requirementsCollaborate with technical, data migration, and Basis teamsProvide solution workshops and user trainingSupport change management initiativesResponsibilities QUALIFICATIONS Functional ExpertiseStrong hands-on experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (formerly SAP PM)Proven experience in Brownfield S/4HANA system conversionsDeep knowledge of maintenance lifecycle processesUnderstanding of S/4HANA simplification impacts on EAMFamiliarity with Fiori apps for maintenance operationsTechnical & Tools KnowledgeExperience with SAP Migration Cockpit / LTMCKnowledge of data migration frameworksUnderstanding of SAP integration architectureCustom enhancements & user-exits impact analysisProject Experience2+ full lifecycle SAP EAM implementationsAt least 1 Brownfield S/4HANA conversion projectExperience in large enterprise environments Strong documentation and testing experiencePreferred QualificationsSAP S/4HANA EAM CertificationExperience with Intelligent Asset ManagementKnowledge of Mobility solutions for maintenanceExposure to Industry 4.0 asset strategiesExperience in working for Public Sector Organization projects.Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent stakeholder communicationAbility to work in cross-functional global teamsAbout Us ABOUT US Bristlecone is the leading provider of AI-powered application transformation services for the connected supply chain.
