Position Title: Supervisor Administrative Airports (FLL)Position SummaryThe Supervisor Administrative Airports provides administrative support and guidance to the leadership team and crewmembers and ensures JetBlue policies and procedures adhere to administrative and accounting guidelines.Essential ResponsibilitiesOversee the scheduling team, including call outs, Paid Time Off (PTO), Roster Apps updates, vacation, holiday and shift bidsEstablish and maintain departmental records including crewmember files, weekly attendance statistics and payroll administration for the department Support development of crewmember guidelines and processes Focus on teambuilding and communication between your department and all other departmentsHelp coordinate and monitor administrative support to ensure training and operational schedules are documented accurately Communicate with the leadership team in order to provide optimal administrative support and crewmember satisfaction Prepare reports for the leadership team on any payroll, hours worked, paid time off, overtime, attendance and work performance anomalies Serve as point of contact for coordinating schedules, meetings and conferences, and arranging travel as required Assist with crewmember relocations and assignments related to promotions or changes in station requirements Administer progressive guidance to crewmembers as needed Oversee Leave of Absence and FMLA, working closely with the People and Benefits TeamIs accountable to senior management for ensuring the safety and security of ground handling operationsEnsure that policies and procedures are conducted in accordance with applicable federal regulations and standardsTake a significant role in the development of crewmembers to support engagement, growth, and goal achievement by establishing clear performance expectations and accountability for crewmembers Other duties as assignedMinimum Experience And QualificationsHigh School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma Three (3) years of related experience One (1) year of supervisory experience and/or leadership experienceAttention to detail and accuracyAble to work variable hours, flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends Able to effectively manage sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects Must be able to acquire and maintain a valid Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Badge Depending on location, may need to acquire and maintain a United States Customs Clearance Available for overnight travel (10%)Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located Authorization to work in the US is required.
