Deltek Administrator

KEITH is seeking a skilled and experienced Deltek Administrator to join our team and support our growing firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the ongoing administration, maintenance, and optimization of Deltek Vantagepoint, with a strong emphasis on data management, reporting, and dashboard development using SQL. This role requires a deep understanding of Deltek systems, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:Administer, maintain, and optimize Deltek Vantagepoint, including system configurations, workflows, and user securityEnsure data integrity through monitoring, analysis, clean‑up efforts, and support of data integrations (including API and ETL)Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and user‑defined components using SQL and advanced Excel to support business intelligence and decision‑makingGather and translate business and reporting requirements from stakeholders into effective, tested system solutionsPerform system testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance optimization to ensure reliability and scalabilityAudit and manage user roles, permissions, and security to maintain compliance and governance standardsCreate and maintain system documentation, standards, and best practicesProvide user support and training to drive adoption and effective utilization of Deltek toolsStay current on Deltek product updates, releases, and industry best practices, identifying opportunities for improvementCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to support ongoing objectives and assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis as neededQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience administering Deltek VantagepointStrong proficiency in SQL and experience building dashboards and reportsSolid understanding of accounting, finance, and project management principles within DeltekStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and train end-usersExperience with database management and data integration tools is preferredDeltek certifications or related professional certifications are a plusWe offer competitive benefits, including:100% PAID Medical, Dental, and VisionEmployer matched 401K – 100% vested on Day 1 of contributionPaid parental leave and Life InsurancePTO, holidays, and more
