Sr. Account Executive

In this consultative sales role, the Sr. Sales Account Executivewill drive revenue and build brand loyalty by developing and growing relationships with law firms and corporations. As the company's initial point of contact with our prospects, the ideal candidate must be confident, highly motivated, and able to gain credibility as a trusted advisor with lawyers and eDiscovery professionals at all levels including law firm partners and corporate executives, as well as serve as a collaborative and assertive liaison with purchasing departments.
The Sr. Sales Account Executive is expected to build a robust sales pipeline, develop productive relationships, and consistently generate new business. The current estimated annualized base pay range for this position is $80,000 to $150,000, alongside sales commission plan eligibility.

Responsibilities
Consistently achieve revenue goals
Target prospective lawyers at all levels in law firms, and corporate decision makers to develop new relationships and generate opportunities in assigned territory or account set
Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments to anticipate client needs and position our solutions effectively
Conduct outbound cold calls and emails
Represent KLDiscovery at industry trade shows
Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, solution engineering, and customer success teams to ensure sales strategies support broader business objectives and consistently deliver outstanding client outcomes
Contribute as a collaborative team player by supporting cross-functional initiatives and doing what it takes to drive shared success
Qualifications
8+ years of quota-carrying experience in new business development and consultative relationship-selling, with a proven history of success
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Exposure to Legal or eDiscovery industry preferred but not required
Solid interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Persuasive communication and presentation experience
Deep sales and qualification process expertise (MEDDIC, ValueSelling, etc.)
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM system required
