Assistant Store Manager at Healthy Smoothie Shop

Hours: Available to work 30-40 hours/week. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including some nights, weekends and holidays Key Responsibilities: * Manages shifts with a focus on delighting guests * Trains and inspires team for success * Completes opening and closing checklist items and delegate responsibilities to other team members * Manages Inventory levels and product rotation to assure quality product and customer satisfaction Job Requirements/Skills: * One year of customer service in retail environment or restaurant experience preferred * Passionate about health, fitness and a positive lifestyle * Approachable, friendly outlook and able to engage a customer Special Requirements: * Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and lift up to 40 lbs.
