Join the Cape Cod Coffee team @ Wareham Crossing is hiring a back server! Open year-round, seven days a week, with offerings from our cafe and a full kitchen. *Responsibilities* * Prepare dining areas before guests are seated * Place tableware and condiments on tables * Serve water, refill coffee, refill beverages and take beverage orders * Assists bartenders & café team members as needed * Maintain the cleanliness of the entire restaurant * Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas * Knowledge of the menu items * Knowledge of our coffee blends, roasts, flavors & seasonal flavors with the ability to make suggestions * Knowledge of our brand, all of our locations and events happening throughout the company *Qualifications* * Work experience as a Busser or Food Runner is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate * Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules * Able to stand, sit and lift over 20lbs * Ability to multitask _*Apply today and join the Cape Cod Coffee team!*_ Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * Day shift * Evening shift * Night shift Work Location: In person
