CNC ProgrammerIndustry: Aerospace Component Manufacturing  Direct Hire | $75,000 – $90,000Location: Palm Bay, FLAbout the OpportunityWe’re partnering with a growing precision manufacturing organization seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support complex, close-tolerance production. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability, competitive compensation, and the chance to work with advanced machining technologies in a quality-driven environment.You’ll play a key role in developing and optimizing CNC programs, supporting production efficiency, and ensuring compliance with strict quality standards.Position OverviewThe CNC Programmer is responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining CNC programs, CAD/CAM models, and process documentation. This role works closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure manufacturing processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with customer specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM softwareInterpret and create CAD models, blueprints, and technical drawingsDefine machining strategies including tooling, speeds/feeds, and workholdingDesign fixtures, jigs, and tooling concepts to support productionProgram and support a range of equipment such as mills, lathes, EDM, laser, and waterjet systemsUtilize simulation tools to verify and validate programs prior to releaseCreate detailed operation work instructions and supporting documentationCollaborate with engineering and operations to define manufacturing plansMaintain program control systems and ensure documentation accuracy and traceabilitySupport process improvements, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiativesParticipate in cross-functional technical discussions as neededQualifications5+ years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with CAD/CAM platforms (e.g., Mastercam, NX, Catia, or similar)Strong background working with CNC equipment and modern controllersDeep understanding of: Machining processes and strategiesGD&T and blueprint interpretationTooling and materialsPrecision measurement and shop mathAbility to develop manufacturing processes for tight-tolerance componentsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office toolsClear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsWork EnvironmentManufacturing facility setting with advanced equipmentExposure to noise, moving machinery, and standard industrial conditionsMay require extended standing, movement throughout the facility, and lifting up to 50 lbsOccasional schedule flexibility based on production needsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary with performance incentivesComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life insurance)401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysTraining, certification support, and career development opportunitiesHiring ProcessInitial recruiter screenInterview with hiring managerOnsite interview and facility walkthroughIdeal BackgroundCandidates with experience in high-precision manufacturing environments are highly valued, particularly those coming from aerospace, advanced industrial, or similarly regulated industries. #EEM #TPGSJ
