Role Description Responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, generating leads, managing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basisAnswers customer phone calls and services walk in businessOperate cash registerQuotes and processes sales order and invoicesConsistently improves product knowledgeParticipate in the physical inventory of the warehouse materialsPerform other duties as assigned, including weekly office maintenance and restocking.Full TimeWork schedule: Mon-Thurs 7A-5P, Friday 7A-4P Qualifications Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management skillsCustomer Satisfaction and Customer Service skillsStrong communication Goal-oriented and self-motivated individualExperience in the safety industry or related field is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Sage and/or Netsuite POS is beneficial2-3 years experience of in-person sales role
