Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in C#,.NET, and Angular to drive the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality applications. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of hands-on development experience, combined with proven leadership capabilities in managing technical teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions. Exposure to OutSystems is a plus; however, candidates with a strong foundational background and willingness to quickly learn and adapt to OutSystems will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using C# (.NET) and Angular
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines
- Drive code reviews, performance optimization, and application scalability
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Participate in solution architecture and system design discussions
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimations
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies where applicable
- Quickly learn and contribute to OutSystems development if not previously experienced
