A dynamic opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse specialized in Interventional Radiology to provide exceptional patient-centered care in a hospital setting. The city provides a comfortable living environment with scenic parks and cultural events, ideal for professionals seeking a balanced lifestyle.Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized clinical care.Deliver relationship-based, patient-focused care tailored to diverse populations and cultural sensitivities.Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and document quality patient care, fostering an inclusive clinical environment.Serve as a preceptor or mentor to nursing staff and students, supporting a culture of professional growth and excellence.Participate in performance improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and promote safety standards.Utilize technology proficiently to support clinical care and maintain accurate documentation.Maintain compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.Qualifications and Experience:Current RN licensure (Single State or Multi-state Compact) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Associate's degree or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience providing direct patient care is preferred.Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and time management skills essential.Ability to work decisively and effectively in fast-paced or emergency situations.Schedule/Hours:Day shift: Five 8-hour shifts per week, must be flexible with days worked.On-call as needed.Weekend and holiday coverage required (minimum every other weekend, 2 major and 2 minor holidays).
