We’re committed to culture and seek employees who can grow both professionally and personally with us.THESE ARE THE JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PROJECT COORDINATOR:Coordinate and schedule field service technology installations with a focus on cost-effective resource utilization, including travel and expensesManage and track the full lifecycle of professional services bookings from request intake through closeoutCollaborate with field service managers, engineers, and customer partners to ensure appropriately skilled resources are scheduled at times that meet customer needsServe as a primary point of contact for customers regarding service status, scheduling, changes, and issue resolutionMonitor scheduling and service request queues to identify new assignments, updates, and work requiring actionReview service requests to understand scope of work, pricing, and billing requirements; correct discrepancies as neededAssist with service documentation, billing validation, and administrative closeout tasks prior to closing requestsIdentify and book on-the-job shadowing opportunities to support Field Engineer training effortsProactively identify scheduling conflicts, risks, or delays and escalate issues appropriatelyProvide backup support for other coordinators during absences to ensure continuity of serviceMaintain accurate, timely updates in scheduling and service management systems to support reporting and billing accuracyYOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO HANDLE EVERYTHING ABOVE BECAUSE YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE LIKE:Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent requests to meet customer SLAsStrong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed teamComfortable supporting customers and internal teams across multiple time zonesAdaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to tactfully manage scheduling requests and expectationsProblem-solving mindset with the ability to propose alternative solutions when conflicts ariseExcellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact professionally with individuals at all levelsExperience scheduling professional services or coordinating service engagements preferred1–3 years of experience in coordination, scheduling, operations, or a similar roleExperience in IT field service or professional services is a plus, but not requiredTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist peers in resolving scheduling challengesTechnologiesMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Google Workspace (Email, Docs, Spreadsheets)SharePoint navigationScheduling and/or service management tools (experience preferred; training provided)Ability to quickly learn new internal systems and toolsAdditional Information About This RolePay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour View our benefits information here: https://marketing.mytsp.net/tsp-benefitsCandidates must be authorized to work in the United StatesWE ARE TSPTSP is award-winning, customer-endorsed, and minority-owned.
