Orthopedic Hand Surgery opening in Illinois - Located in Kankakee, IL - Chicago 60m - Full-time, permanent position - Reason for recruitment existing hand surgeon is extremely busy and the practice continues to grow - There are four surgeons in place now (hand, general, sports and joint) - Surgeons are employed by Medical Center and are a part of the Medical Group - The Orthopedic Service Line operates under a dyad leadership model - OR has plenty of capacity and there is future opportunity at the ambulatory surgery center in Bourbonnais - Infrastructure in place including Radiology, Anesthesiology, ORs, ortho neuro unit, acute inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, Home Care, long term care - Physician Assistants in place and will continue to be hired as needed - Call is shared with the other group so is very manageableCompensation Package: - Base Salary commensurate with years of experience and in line with MGMA compensation guidelines for the Midwest - Production bonus based on wRVUs - Commencement Bonus - Relocation stipend - Retention Bonus - Loan Repayment - Housing Stipend (Kankakee County only) - CME - Professional Dues - Health, Dental Vision, Life - Retirement Plan
