We offer competitive compensation and benefits, plus the chance to broaden your skill set while making a measurable impact in the Indianapolis area.Job DetailsAs an Estimator with Negotiated Bid experience, you will:Prepare accurate and comprehensive take-offs for commercial, healthcare, municipal, and educational projectsActively participate in the full estimating process, from conceptual budgets to final bid proposalsMust be willing to still do take-offsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and design teamsReview and analyze plans, specifications, and contract documents for project requirementsSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposalsUtilize industry-standard estimating software for quantity surveys and cost analysisIdentify value engineering opportunities to help clients achieve project goalsCollaborate with project managers and field teams throughout the preconstruction processHelp shape winning proposals and presentations for negotiated bidsStay current with market trends, pricing, and material availabilityDemonstrate excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skillsReady to take the next step in your career?
