We seek to hire a qualified Service Advisor for our newly renovated Franklin, Indiana location.
Job Responsibilities
As a Service Advisor/Service Writer, you will be a vital link between customers and the service department, utilizing core skills such as product knowledge, mechanical knowledge, and exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience.
Serve as point of contact for service customers and provide them with an exceptional customer experience.
Serve as point of contact for service technicians.
Assist Service Manager with workorders, estimates, and quotes.
Assist Parts Dept. when necessary with paperwork and inventory needs.
Assist Service Manager with customer follow up on inspection process.
Assist Rental Manager as needed
Successfully complete all required training for your role. Keep current on all training.
Perform follow-up calls on “At Risk” & “New” customer list
Assist in handling/communicating customer complaints and concerns and work with the Service Manager to ensure the problem is corrected to the customer and dealership's satisfaction.
Demonstrate an interest in growing the entire business entity.
Perform other tasks as required by Service Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
