Partner Onboarding Specialist - Carrier

About the job bolt’s Partner Onboarding team is growing as the firm continues to take on new engagements. As such, the team is seeking a Partnership Onboarding Specialist. In this role, this individual will program manage new clients from the latter stages of the sales cycle through their implementation. This role will oversee cross-functional bolt teams composed of business and technology resources. The role also requires a heavy focus on relationship management with bolt’s clients. Responsibilities: Manage various client implementations of bolt’s SaaS platform simultaneously Leverage SDLC / Agile hybrid delivery model in overseeing cross-functional delivery teams Act as liaison between client and bolt technology teams Formulate and maintain project documentation Drive continuous improvement in the delivery model across tools, processes, and people Further develop and maintain program delivery KPIs Build deep, long-lasting relationships with bolt’s clients Identify and execute on opportunities for additional professional services offerings for client Qualifications: Hands-on program management with “roll up your sleeves” approach Practical experience with waterfall and agile project delivery methods Consultative approach to collaboration and delivery Experience working with globally distributed teams Excellent communications skills – oral and written High integrity and ethical professional with outstanding judgement Financial acumen with demonstrated capabilities in establishing and managing to budgets Former Big 4 consulting a project management role within a B2B SaaS company (preferred) PMP / CSM preferred
