Administrative Assistant
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Assistant role based in Brickell, Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining a high level of professionalism with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsabilities
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Schedule, coordinate, and confirm meetings
Manage correspondence and maintain organized records and files
Provide administrative and ad hoc office support as needed
Assist team members with special projects and daily operational tasks
Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all matters
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a professional and positive environment
Prior administrative or assistant experience preferred
Relevant work experience or education is a plus
