This role owns the daily accuracy, organization, and consistency of core financial and administrative functions. Responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, bookkeeping, and office administration.This position is built for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, staying organized, and following through. If you value precision, steady execution, and meaningful work that helps the entire company succeed, this is a strong opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, customer billing, collections follow-up, payment tracking, and vendor communication with a high level of accuracy and timelinessSupport payroll preparation by reviewing hours, identifying discrepancies, verifying deductions, and preparing complete and accurate information for final processingMaintain accurate bookkeeping records, reconcile accounts, and support a consistent month-end close processManage day-to-day office administration including phones, mail, office supplies, apparel ordering, and general administrative supportTrack and coordinate vehicle registrations, insurance renewals, and related company documentationMaintain organized vendor records, customer information, account details, and key business filesTroubleshoot timekeeping discrepancies, coding issues, and reporting errorsSupport employee expense reimbursements, per diem tracking, hotel coordination, and related administrative processesAssist with gathering documentation for audits, reporting, and financial reviewsHandle sensitive employee and company information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentialityProvide dependable administrative support to leadership and help ensure internal operations run efficientlyIdentify opportunities to improve organization, tracking, and consistency, and bring forward practical solutionsWhat You Bring2-4 years of experience in bookkeeping, AP/AR, payroll support, office admin, or a similar roleAssociates degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferredExperience in construction, logistics, warehousing, field services, or another operationally driven business preferredStrong understanding of bookkeeping principles, reconciliations, invoice processing, payroll coordination, and office administrationProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and OutlookExperience with QuickBooks strongly preferredExperience with BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and detailsHigh level of accuracy, follow-through, and personal accountabilityStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across departments and with a variety of personalitiesDependable, self-directed, and comfortable in an environment where priorities can shift and steady execution mattersWhy T&M ServicesWe value people who show up, care about their work, and take ownership.
