General Production - Assembler

AssemblerIn this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting power winches, reducers, and rigging equipment used in demanding environments such as mines, construction sites, barge operations, and theaters. You will ensure that parts and subassemblies are manufactured correctly and fit properly according to blueprints. Responsibilities Assemble products according to blueprints, ensuring proper fitment and functionality. Assemble and set gears, square up fitment, press seals and bearings, set brakes on gears, tap threads, check seals, and look for oil leaks. Essential Skills Ability to read schematics and follow instructions. Strong mathematical skills. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, both independently and as part of a team. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winona, MN. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
