This role involves assisting customers in person, helping maintain the store’s visual standards, and supporting daily retail operations.ResponsibilitiesProvide welcoming and attentive customer service in-storeAssist customers with product questions and purchasesRespond to customer emails and phone inquiries professionallyMaintain store appearance through restocking, organizing, and merchandisingPerform light cleaning tasks (dusting, sweeping, maintaining displays)Assist with receiving and placing new merchandiseHelp maintain a visually inspiring retail environmentPerform additional duties as assigned QualificationsStrong interest in interior design, vintage furniture, and home décorStrong personal sense of style and appreciation for designExcellent communication and customer service skillsProfessional phone and email etiquetteAbility to multitask in a fast-paced retail environmentFriendly, reliable, and team-orientedPrevious retail experience requiredAvailabilityMust have availability for 3 days between Wednesday–SundayMust be able to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
