Overview
In this role you drive systems engineering and control account management for the F-35 program, coordinating across engineering teams to deliver contractual baselines and milestones. You’ll manage multiple control accounts, align budget with execution plans, and communicate across finance, engineering, and program management. You’ll operate in a fast-paced IPT environment to identify issues and drive timely resolutions. This is a mission-focused opportunity to shape program performance within a global defense leader.

ResponsibilitiesLead CAM across multiple control accounts to monitor labor, material, and direct costsCoordinate with IPTs (Development, Production, Sustainment, Customer Programs) to ensure baselines and deliverablesEstablish budget distributions and execution baselines; drive alignment with planFacilitate clear communications among finance, Chief Engineering, LoB engineering, and program managementAssess issues/risks/opportunities and plan mitigations for favorable outcomesPrioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Key requirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of CAM or program-control experience in aerospace/defense on large-scale programsAdvanced MS Excel (macros, Power Query), SAP/ERP expertise, strong EVMS knowledgeExceptional written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex financial data to technical and executive audiencesAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (or higher)Collaborative and cross-functional teamworkStrong self-motivation and quick learnerEffective time management and prioritizationControl Account Management (CAM)Earned Value Management System (EVMS)SAP/ERP systems
