We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a passion for assisting customers over the phone.
Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette at all times
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Experience in a call center or medical office setting is advantageous
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Skilled in data entry with high accuracy
