You build curricula and coordinate delivery alongside AI releases, translating process changes into accessible learning content. You measure effectiveness and adoption to refine programs, and align training with the broader change plan. This is a high-visibility role that supports client transformations at scale and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver role-specific training for redesigned roles within the pod's scope
- Build training curricula and coordinate delivery with each technology/AI release
- Translate process and role redesigns into practical learning content for non-technical audiences
- Measure training effectiveness and learner adoption; adjust curriculum based on feedback
- Collaborate with the Workforce Design Lead and change management to align training with the change plan
- Travel up to 80% depending on client needs
Key requirements:
- 5+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, or enterprise learning in consulting or corporate settings
- Experience designing role-based training for technology or process transformation
- Experience xaygatp with digital training platforms and LMS (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, or equivalent)
- Ability to translate technical processes into practical content for non-technical audiences
- Experience measuring training effectiveness with data-driven curriculum refinement
