Your potential is our inspiration.Where You'll Make a DifferenceManage and close Quality Notifications (QNs) in a timely and thorough manner.Perform trend analysis on production and quality data to identify recurring issues.Lead root cause investigations using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, and FMEA.Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.Support internal and external audits ensuring compliance with quality standards.Assist in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS).Generate reports and dashboards to communicate quality metrics and progress.What Makes You the Right FitBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.2+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality role (preferred in the Food or Chemical industry).Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, SPC, CAPA).Experience with QMS software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Power BI).Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.How You Would Stand OutCertifications such as CQE, Six Sigma, or Lean.Experience in a manufacturing quality environment.Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Why Choose Us?Opportunity to make a measurable impact on production efficiency and customer satisfaction.Supportive leadership and a collaborative work environment.A culture committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.Access to global expertise and learning resources.Career development and growth opportunities.Inclusive, diverse, and welcoming workplace.We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
