The ideal candidate will have strong experience in distributed systems, scalable backend architecture, and performance optimization, and a proven ability to lead complex solution design and deliver enterprise-grade applications.Responsibilities:Lead design and development of complex Java-based applications.Drive architecture decisions and set technical direction for enterprise platforms.Perform code reviews and mentor junior and senior engineers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications:Advanced Java development, including real-world coding, design, and analysis.Strong experience with distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.Proven expertise in performance optimization and system scalability.Experience collaborating within Agile teams and guiding technical execution.Preferred Skills:Hands-on exposure to AI/ML engineering concepts such as LLMs, agent frameworks, or GenAI tooling.Cloud-native development experience and familiarity with CI/CD, containers, and observability.
