Maintenance Crew MemberMcDonald's is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Crew Member to help keep our restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly. This role is essential to providing a great experience for both customers and crew. The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed. The Maintenance Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Perform daily cleaning tasks throughout the restaurant, including dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior areas Ensure floors, windows, equipment, and surfaces are clean and well-maintained Assist with truck deliveries, including unloading and properly storing supplies twice weekly Safely lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 60 pounds Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures Support the team by completing maintenance tasks as needed Filter oil fryers daily Removing garbage throughout the shift Perform preventive maintenance tasks (change lightbulbs, clean HVAC/Exhaust units and keep roof free of debris) Unload delivery truck 2 times a week Along with competitive pay, a Maintenance Person at a McDonald's Corporate owned restaurant is eligible for incredible benefits including: Education through Archways to Opportunity including opportunities to earn a High School degree, college tuition assistance and English classes as a second language Medical, dental and vision coverage Discounted meals Short- and Long-Term Disability, life and accident insurance 401K
