Company Description Royal Trees is a growing tree planting & landscaping company based in Front Royal, VA. We specialize in the delivery and installation of high-quality trees for residential and commercial properties. We focus on doing great work, taking care of our customers, and creating outdoor spaces that last. Job Description This is a part-time, on-site role with the potential to become full-time. As a Crew Member, you’ll assist with tree planting projects, general site organization, and occasional landscaping jobs. The work is hands-on and physical, often involving equipment use and outdoor conditions. You’ll be working directly alongside the owner in a fast-moving, detail-focused environment. Most heavy lifting is done with an excavator or other equipment, but some physical labor is still required. Duties Assist with loading, unloading, and planting trees Help with occasional landscaping projects as needed Keep the site organized and clean Assist with equipment setup and light maintenance Support smooth and safe operations on each job site Provide friendly and respectful customer interaction when needed Requirements Prior experience in landscaping or outdoor work is a plus Willingness to work outdoors in various conditions Good attitude, work ethic, and dependability Comfortable working as part of a small team High school diploma or equivalent preferred Reliably meet at our Front Royal location each morning for transportation to job sites Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Work Location: In person
