Orthodontic AssistantWe are currently seeking an Orthodontic Assistant to provide efficient, high-quality care to our patients. This position will report to the Lead Orthodontic Assistant.Have you got the right qualifications and skills for this job Find out below, and hit apply to be considered.This position will be at-will, meaning either the employer or the employee may terminate the employment at any time, with or without cause or prior notice.Pay range: $24-$31/hrJob ResponsibilitiesProvide orthodontist with excellent chair-side assistance by fitting orthodontic bands, setting up bonding, placing archwires, delivering appliances, and removing braces in a timely mannerCollect and record patient medical history in Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR) systemCollaborate with others to provide high-quality care and experience for our patients and their familiesEnsure practice is clean and presentable to patients to include cleaning restrooms, patient lobby, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc.Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved childrenMinimum QualificationsRadiology education and training that meets state requirementsStrong interpersonal skills, including a friendly outgoing demeanor and xevrcyc the ability to actively listen to patients and parentsAbility to multi-task and complete dental tasks correctly and in a timely mannerKnowledge of e-Clinical Works (eCW) a plusPrevious experience working in a dental office preferredCurrent BLS CPR certificationIn addition to the job description, you will be asked to perform other duties that support the business and our mission.
