Job Description Hogsalt is looking for a full time Paralegal to join our team!As the paralegal, you will work closely with our General Counsel to support a wide range of legal matters across our growing hospitality group.We offer a full suite of benefits and perks, including medical, dental, vision, life, a 401(k), commuter benefits, dining rewards, and vested Paid Time Off!Experience & Qualifications:Minimum of 4-7 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably with exposure to real estate or corporate lawBachelor's degree and paralegal certification preferredProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience working with contracts, leases, and licensing is a plusNotary Public certification preferred, or willingness to obtain notary commission upon hire4:1 days on-site at our corporate office on Goose IslandDuties & Responsibilities:Manage contract lifecycle for all leases and commercial contractsLitigation case management; maintain pleadings and filings in databaseAssist in managing the company's legal calendar, including filing deadlines and compliance datesSupport licensing efforts across multiple locations and jurisdictionsAssist with entity formation and maintenance, including related filingsManage invoices from legal service providersMaintain and update corporate records, including entity filingsProvide administrative support to the General Counsel as neededHogsalt is not your typical restaurant group.
