Please Note: This posting is for current CISD employees ONLY.PurposeThe purpose of the Comal ISD's Leadership Academy is to recruit, develop, and retain leaders who will achieve the mission and goals of the Comal Independent School District. To be effective, a leader must have the knowledge, skills, and talent that cannot be acquired in college courses alone. The program helps to bridge the gap between theory and practice for teachers aspiring to be leaders. The academy is recommended for teachers interested in strenghtening their leadership skills and who may be considering a leadership position.Application ReqirementsCurrently employed with Comal ISDSincere interest in developing your leadership within Comal ISDMinimum of three (3) years of full-time teaching experienceCompleted or currently enrolled in a masters program (prinicpal, curriculum and instruction, or related program)Online reference from current supervisor
