The teacher designs andimplements lessons aligned with Ohio Learning Standards, differentiates instruction for diverse learners, and facilitates critical thinking, problem-solving, and personal developmentamong students during this transitional stage of education.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education; valid Ohio Grades 7-12 Integrated Science teaching license.Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and staff. Effective classroom management strategies that promote engagement and productivity.Proficiency in integrating technology into instruction and assessment.
