Job DescriptionCustomer service representativeLansing, MI Required:Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with customers/clients. SAP/ ERP experience is required. Proficient in Excel spreadsheet and Word. Problem Solving-the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully. Self-starter; quick learner; positive up-beat personality. Duties:Work closely with internal departments (purchasing, manufacturing, shipping, etc.) to ensure on time delivery of customer product. Determine, correct and communicate order information accuracy to internal personnel. Accurately enter, track and prepare necessary job folders for all customers, in-house & trial orders in accordance with Quality System requirements. Maintain weekly Order Report. Maintain customer inventory lists where required. Track and follow-up customer material usage to assist them with forecasting their order requirements.
