This role helps organize and strengthen the processes behind our recruiting pipeline, including improving tracking systems, maintaining accurate records, and preparing information for outreach, while gaining hands-on exposure to recruiting and business development. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented student interested in learning more about recruiting and/or the financial services industry and eager to grow in a team-oriented environment.This position is a part-time, non-exempt paid summer internship, located onsite in Manhattan, KS, and reports to The Advisor Integration ManagerResponsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:Work closely with the recruiting team, with a primary focus on supporting the Advisor Transition Consultant, to learn how we find and connect with financial advisor candidates across different platformsHelp organize and update advisor profiles and information in our CRM system to ensure records are accurate and easy to trackAssist with gathering background information and preparing simple summaries to support outreach efforts and relationship-building with prospective advisorsLearn how to use technology, data tools, and AI platforms to support candidate sourcing and improve day-to-day team efficiencySupport the team in reviewing target markets and competitor branch locations to better understand recruiting opportunitiesSupport additional team projects and tasks as neededPreferred Qualifications Include but Are Not Limited To:Able to reside in Manhattan, KS during the summerA student in their junior year of college going into their senior yearMajoring in Business Field such as Sales, Business Administration, Finance, etcDesired Skills Include but Are Not Limited To:Positive attitude with a strong desire to learnStrong written and interpersonal communication skillsTeam-oriented with a willingness to jump in and helpTech-savvyResourceful and proactive in asking questionsAbility to manage time effectively and meet deadlinesStrong research and organizational skillsInterest in learning and using AI toolsInterest in recruiting, business development, or financial servicesSalary Range: $15 per hourPowered by JazzHRBWU39drAMs
